The Room Room Boutique in Sapanca was fantastic. The fridge and kitchen amenities were great for making quick meals. The parking right in front of the hotel was convenient. The staff, especially Mr. Emre, went above and beyond to help us during our stay, even providing an extra room for no charge. The spacious rooms and living areas were a bonus. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. They provided us with a free extra room and made arrangements for our transportation to the bus terminal. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The parking space in front of the hotel was also convenient for us.

Liked our Christmas stay here last December. Rooms were big and cozy and they had great amenities. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the lake and downtown where all the restaurants are. The staff were very helpful and could speak English fluently. We also loved the fact that there were balconies with views of the gardens and farmhouses.
Disliked the noise from the street near the hotel, but it wasn't much of a problem at night. , the breakfast was in a nearby restaurant, but it was only a 3-minute walk and the food was delicious.

The hotel is in a great location close to both the city center and the lake. the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. the decor is unique and colorful, adding a fun touch to the overall experience. the included Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to research activities and attractions in the area. Plus, the balcony had a nice view of the garden and surrounding farmhouses.
